Darian A. Bryan
Darian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Economics, and Law from SUNY Old Westbury. Subsequently, he pursued his Juris Doctor at Hofstra University, graduating in 2016. During his law school tenure, Darian served as a member of the Journal of International Business and Law.
Darian was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2017.
Currently, Darian serves as the Vice Chair and a Second District representative for the New York State Bar Association Torts, Insurance, and Compensation Law (TICL) Section Executive Committee. Previously, he served as the TICL Section’s Treasurer for the 2025 term.
Darian diligently represents clients in civil litigation cases from the initial stages through trial. His areas of expertise encompass defending owners and operators of for-hire vehicles, representing General Contractors and employers in New York Labor Law actions, and defending Contractors in Premise Liability actions.
