Andrew is a graduate of SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He attended Brooklyn Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2022. Andrew is admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the Federal Districts for both the New York Southern District and New York Eastern District.

Andrew is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the Defense Association of New York (DANY), and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).

Andrew’s practice areas include Motor Vehicle Accidents for government entities and livery vehicles, General Contractors and New York Employers in New York Labor Law , Third-Party Grave Injury cases,  and intentional torts. Andrew also has defended entities in relation the New York State Adult Survivor’s Act
